With over 10 years of investment management and real estate experience, David has been responsible for more than $700 million of equity comprising 5 million square feet of commercial property and 1,500+ residential units globally. David has been a frequent industry panelist and has spoken at institutional real estate, family office, and private equity executive conferences. He is a licensed California real estate broker and is a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional. David earned a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania with a Certificate in Real Estate Design and Development, and a B.S. in Architecture from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
