David Kronman, President and Partner, joined Cape Advisors in 2004 and has overseen over $2 billion in development projects for the company, including hotel, residential and office properties such as Greenwich West/110 Charlton Street, 30 Warren Tribeca, the Mondrian SoHo Hotel, and 5 Crosby Street (all in Manhattan) and Watchcase in Sag Harbor, NY.

Prior to joining Cape, Mr. Kronman worked with Lowe Enterprises, Inc. and Core Equities, LLC in Denver, Colorado where he helped manage and acquire office and multi-family properties.Mr. Kronman graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
