David Blumberg has more than 25 years of experience in the property management industry. He is responsible for overseeing the management operations of numerous mixed-use, market-rate, and commercial properties for several ownership entities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maryland. He is responsible for the overall operations of each community and administers all aspects of property management services, including annual budgeting, cost control, and financial planning. In addition, David ensures compliance with all federal, state, and local agency regulations. Along with his operational responsibilities, David has many corporate duties, including oversight of Risk Management. He works closely with all departments to ensure each is effectively supporting employees, owners, agencies, and residents. David also provides asset management consulting services to clients developing strategic plans for the short- and long-term physical and financial health of their portfolios.
