As the Senior Vice President of Property Operations, Dave is responsible for building and leading Milhaus’ property management division across all operational functions including financial performance, leasing, marketing, maintenance, compliance and employee and resident satisfaction. He plays a critical role ensuring scalable, best-in-class execution among Milhaus’ future projected portfolio and geographic growth.

EXPERIENCE: Dave brings over 30 years of multifamily leadership to Milhaus including stints at Oakwood Worldwide, Archstone, and The Irvine Company. He began his career on-site and has since grown thru the ranks to leadership positions at multiple companies. Most recently, he spent five years as the CEO of Fashion Furniture Rental, responsible for all aspects of the company and growing revenues by over 30%. Dave earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara, in economics. He has served as a board member of multiple organizations, including the California Apartment Association of Los Angeles and Orange County, the Tri-County Apartment Association in Northern California and he has also served on the state-wide Board of Directors for the California Apartment Association. He also was a member and served on committees with the National Apartment Association (NAA) and National Multifamily Housing Council (NMHC).
