Darin has over 18 years of real estate experience involving acquisition, development, management, and dispositions. In 2009, Darin co-developed his first multifamily project. Since then, he and his partners have focused their efforts on the multifamily sector primarily in Texas and Oklahoma. As a Sponsor and General Partner, he has participated in securing over $900,000,000 in debt and equity. Darin is also experienced in Public Private Partnerships, HUD insured 221(d)(4), and 223(f) loan products.
