Daniela joined Fetner Properties in 2005 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Property Management. In this position, Daniela has overall responsibility for the success of the portfolio, including all aspects of property management. She collaborates closely with the executive team and departmental directors to develop and implement new strategies for residential services, building improvements, technological innovations, marketing and leasing, employee performance, operational functionality, and cost control. While at Fetner Properties, she has worked towards achieving excellence in Fetner’s commitment to client services and encouraged a high level of staff ownership and achievement. Prior to joining Fetner Properties, Daniela was District Manager at Related, responsible for a Manhattan portfolio of buildings including rentals, condominiums and affordable homes.
