Daniel joined Fairfield in 2012 after graduating from Arizona State University with a B.S. in Economics. Following two years as an Asset Management Analyst, he assumed a portfolio of value-add and stabilized projects in Texas and Arizona. In 2016 he helped launch Fairfield’s development-focused asset management platform, in which he was responsible for managing the transition from construction to operations through stabilization on lease-ups nationwide. He joined the Texas development team in 2021 before taking over as the lead developer in March 2024. His portfolio consists of twelve projects in various stages located in Dallas, Houston, and Austin. Born and raised in Dallas, Daniel is a sixth-generation Texan. He is an avid fan of Dallas sports. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing and tending to his pregnant wife.
