Daniel Spear is a Principal at The Spear Group. He joined The Spear Group in 2015 as the third generation of the Spear family at the company. Daniel is responsible for bringing new development projects from vision to reality with a focus on innovative design and sustainability. He also directs the company’s multifamily market-rate and affordable rental business in Florida and the New England region. Prior to joining The Spear Group, he was a vice president at Morgan Stanley in New York and at LNR Property in Miami. Daniel received a B.A. from Cornell University and an M.B.A. with honors from Columbia Business School.
