Since 1991, Mr. Daniel Kodsi has been at the helm of Royal Palm Companies (RPC). Under Mr. Kodsi’s leadership, RPC has over $4.7B in real estate assets developed, repositioned, and under construction. During the last three decades, Mr. Kodsi has delivered 9,500+ units consisting of over 18 million square feet of mixed-use projects, master-planned communities, hotels, multi-family, and high-rise developments. Mr. Kodsi is known for identifying underserved markets alongside his ability to execute large-scale, mixed-use developments. In 2011, Mr. Kodsi founded Participant Capital as the capital arm of Royal Palm Companies and a vehicle to empower individual investors to participate in ground-up construction projects. Throughout his career, Mr. Kodsi has been credited for changing skylines with his award-winning projects.

Mr. Kodsi has created several branded residences including his own brands, the PARAMOUNT and Legacy Hotel and Residences brand. One of his “crown jewels” is the recently completed and internationally renowned, PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, which is the signature tower of the second largest master-planned urban project in the United States. Legacy Hotel & Residences which is under construction is Mr. Kodsi’s latest luxury branded tower in Miami Worldcenter. Legacy is composed of a unique blend of business models across luxury hospitality, its MicroLuxe™ residences, preventative healthcare, and well-being.

Mr. Kodsi has appeared as a guest on national television newscasts and major cable business networks such as CBS World News, NBC Universal, CNN, CNBC, FOX News, MSNBC, Bloomberg News and is a regular guest on FOX Business news. He has also been a frequent guest speaker and panel member for The Urban Land Institute, TheRealDeal, BizNow, the National Multifamily Housing Council, and the EB-5 Council.

Mr. Kodsi has previously served as Vice President and Executive Board Member for the Urban Land Institute as well as on the boards of the Developer Business Alliance and the Builders Association of South Florida. Mr. Kodsi holds a BSBA in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Urban Planning and Architecture from the University of Miami and is a licensed general contractor.
