Dan Helmick is the Executive Vice President of Project Development for FINFROCK, a vertically integrated, single-source design-build firm renowned as one of Florida’s industry leaders. In 2022, FINFROCK secured its position as #4 among Orlando’s top construction companies and received the NAIOP South Florida Economic Impact of the Year Award in 2023.

In his current role, Dan oversees the conceptual design, architectural company, business development, and preconstruction process, as well as acting as the owner’s key point of contact. He has been instrumental in bringing in diverse and high-profile projects for FINFROCK, solidifying the company’s reputation as a leading Design-Builder in Florida while sustaining the firm’s long track record for delivering parking structures across the country.

Under his leadership, the company has more than quadrupled in size and has expanded its portfolio to include hotels, office buildings, student housing, and luxury multifamily residential properties.

As a Central Florida native, Dan is an active member of the community and serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Central Florida, Florida Citrus Sports, and the Howards Phillips Center for Children & Families. He is a 2017 Orlando Business Journal 40 Under 40 Honoree and a graduate of Leadership Orlando (Class 85) Dan graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2005 with a BS in Civil Engineering and received his MBA from the UF Warrington College of Business in 2009. He is a licensed professional engineer and general contractor in the state of Florida.

Dan resides in Winter Garden, Florida, with his wife Kiri, and their three daughters.
