Daniel Fletcher joined Starlight in August 2018 as Executive Director of Investments, Starlight U.S. Multi-Family. In this role Daniel is responsible for acquisitions, divestitures and financings in the United States. Prior to joining Starlight, Daniel spent five years with The Cadillac Fairview Corporation Limited as Director of Investments and, prior to that, held progressively senior investment roles at TD Securities and the Public Sector Pension Investment Board (PSP).

Daniel has over 14 years of real estate investment experience, including numerous transactions in the Canadian, U.S., and Asian multi-family sectors. Daniel holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University.
