Daniel Eller is President and Chief Executive Officer of Eller Capital Partners. Mr. Eller is responsible for all functions of the company, and he is particularly involved in guiding its overall investment strategy through directing acquisitions, dispositions, renovation strategy, debt financing and equity relationships. Mr. Eller has extensive relationships throughout the multifamily industry that have been critically important to the rapid growth of the company.
Since founding Eller Capital Partners, Mr. Eller has led the company’s acquisition of multifamily assets with a current market value exceeding $200 million. During his career in real estate, Mr. Eller has been directly and meaningfully involved in sales and financing transactions totaling approximately $1 billion.
Prior to joining Eller Capital Partners, Mr. Eller led the North Carolina office of a major, regional multifamily investment sales firm. Prior to specializing in multifamily investment sales, Mr. Eller was a commercial broker with Cushman & Wakefield.
Mr. Eller earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, the Urban Land Institute, the National Apartment Association, and the National Association of Home Builders. Mr. Eller is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
