Daniel views the developer as the maestro of the symphony, responsible for collaboratively bringing together many instruments (or project stakeholders) to create an elegant composition (or community and place). It’s a role he thrives on, leaning into his unique background as an architect and developer to balance well thought-out design with the economics that make development feasible. With 14+ years in the industry, Daniel approaches every project with leadership, collaboration, and thoughtful decision making to successfully deliver quality, impactful communities.

As Vice President of Development, he is responsible for sourcing and executing new multifamily development opportunities. This includes site selection and acquisition, feasibility analysis and due diligence, entitlements and securing permits, design and construction coordination and management of development activities. Daniel believes that smart planning, great architecture and thoughtful development impact our lives more than we realize.
