With over two decades in the multifamily industry, Dana is a seasoned executive known for delivering operational excellence, enhancing performance, and generating new business. She excels in building high-performing teams and promoting business acumen while maintaining attention to detail. Dana leverages robust technologies to streamline processes and optimize performance.

Dana recently served as COO of The Aventon Companies, overseeing asset management, marketing, corporate strategy, and third-party operators. She was previously Executive Vice President at Wood Partners and President at The Bainbridge Companies, where she managed a portfolio that grew by 50 percent. She has also held various roles, from leasing associate to Regional Manager, gaining invaluable insight into corporate support.

Dana holds a CPM designation through IREM and a Business Leadership certification from Florida International University, where she serves on the Advisory Board. Her dedication to the multifamily industry is evident through her involvement and leadership roles with multiple apartment associations and IREM.
