Daniel Carr is an investment professional in the Ares Real Estate Group, where he focuses on U.S. real estate equity. Mr. Carr’s primary activity is joint venture equity for value-add, development and significant redevelopment projects across the country. Prior to joining Ares in 2013, Mr. Carr was a member of the Real Estate, Gaming and Lodging investment banking group at J.P. Morgan. Mr. Carr holds a B.S., magna cum laude, from Fordham University in Business Administration and an M.S. from Columbia University in Real Estate Development.
