Dagoberto “Dago” Diaz, Executive Vice President at Thornton Construction Co., Inc., is a construction industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Throughout his career he has managed over $950 Million worth of construction work. As a Florida-registered Architect and Certified General Contractor, Dago brings a unique perspective to the company’s projects given his vast experience in both design and construction. For many years he was a leading Vice President at one of the nation’s largest construction firms, having a revenue of more than $2 Billion. Dago then chose to call Thornton Construction home due to the manageability of the company’s size and the opportunity to build exciting and complex projects while maintaining a close and personalized client relationship experience. In his role, Dago focuses on implementing the company’s vision in order to achieve Thornton’s strategic growth plan. Dago holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Miami.
