Crystal Shin is a Director of Business Development with over 10 years of public accounting experience, servicing both public and private companies. Crystal is responsible for leading and driving business development initiatives for the Southwest region, primarily focusing on the real estate and construction companies as well as manufacturing and distribution, health care, and oil and gas.

By utilizing her accounting background, Crystal creates a unique accounting solution for client’s, and prospect by working closely with the client service team. Crystal attributes much of her success to her diligence and willingness to learn from every opportunity. She strives to serve clients and prospective clients not only with the utmost professionalism but also with a serving heart.

Prior to joining the firm, Crystal was the Controller for a national restaurant franchise, and led the corporate accounting team and oversaw the full-cycle accounting. She began her accounting career at a Big 4 accounting firm as an auditor, where she was responsible for the overall planning and execution of external audit of a multi-billion dollar construction company.

In the community, Crystal is passionate about serving and giving back and she is the current board member of the respective chapter, including, 4word, a non-profit organization supporting Christian women in the workplace reach their potential with confidence, and United Nations Association of the United States, a nonprofit grassroots organization dedicated to promoting political and public support for the United Nations among Americans.

As an active member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (TXCPA), Crystal, was recently recognized as a 2021 Rising Star and Committee Member of the Year for TXCPA Dallas.
