Managing Director – Commercial Portfolio
Crystal Fisher serves as the Managing Director of the Commercial Portfolio overseeing leasing, operations, management, construction, and marketing for Fisher Brothers. Currently, she is spearheading the development of a five-star hospitality brand @Ease that will launch in Spring of 2020 at 1345 AOA. The amenity program includes the creation of an experiential tenant mobile application. Crystal also daily guides more than 65 million dollars of capital improvements to Fisher Brothers core assets. With a background in residential sales, she approaches commercial real estate with a customer-centric approach always. Crystal has unified design standards, elevated marketing centers and takes pride in each inch of their commercial portfolio unifying under the Fisher Brothers brand.
Crystal joins Fisher Brothers as the fourth-generation. She brings a background of sales and construction. Prior to her arrival, she owned and operated a multi-million-dollar home renovation company and brings hands-on construction and management experience to her oversight of Fisher Brothers New York City based portfolio. Providing hands-on 24/7 access to operations, engineering and enhanced tenant engagement.
However, Crystal built her path into real estate after a celebrated career in broadcast journalism. An Emmy Award winning reporter, with more than a decade onscreen on networks such as PBS, CCTV and Investigation Discovery, she retired from television to pursue her passion for her true love, home.
Crystal has a Master’s degree from New York University. She proudly follows her family’s legacy of honoring our nation’s finest and is humbled to actively participate as a board member on the Fisher House Foundation. Fisher House builds comfort homes where military and veterans’ families can stay free of charge, while a loved one is in the hospital. Crystal also served as the marketing director for the 2016 Orlando Invictus Games. Working under the vision of Prince Harry to continue his legacy, in the United States, of allowing wounded military heroes to participate in adaptive sports. Crystal celebrates promoting the brand nationally.
Crystal lives in New York with her husband, Arie, and is a proud mother of a daughter, Rose.
