Crystal Fisher
Co-Founder
Ease Hospitality

Crystal Fisher serves as the Co-Founder of Ease Hospitality, a five-star hospitality brand that she founded to re-evaluate the amenities experience in the commercial leasing market, using technology to immerse tenants, clients, employees and guests in spaces that exude luxury, comfort, quality and care – traits more common in a world-class hotel than a typical workplace. Born as a solution to the growing demand for elevation of the amenity experience in the leasing market, she created an environment that makes both professional and personal lives easier. Her top priority was to understand their current and future users’ needs and desires, thereby providing a solution to NYC’s many meetings/events needs. With Ease Hospitality, Crystal both acknowledged and provided a solution for the drastic shift in how the real estate industry implemented the use of technology. Curating a custom workplace app experience that integrates everything from security, to sustainability, to augmented reality sidewalk art, launching through their wifi enhanced public areas, Crystal created the touch-less digital portal as the framework to order food, to extend community outreach and build a network of tenant engagement.

Additionally serving as the Managing Director of the Commercial Portfolio for Fisher Brothers, Crystal’s sales and marketing background, she says, still anchors her customer-centric management style and informs a premium on the end-user experience and critical role of technology advancement. She oversees leasing, commercial marketing, commercial construction, portfolio sustainability initiatives, and all major capital improvement projects within the portfolio through this tumultuous time. Through the pandemic, Crystal led a team that was amongst the first to achieve Well certification and served as constant leaders safety, implementing flow charts, social distancing markers, thermal screening and beyond.

Crystal also tied out more than $120m of upgrades last year, completing the 299 Park Avenue Lobby renovation, 1345 Park and Plaza, and Fisher Park design. Behind the walls, her team unified brand standards across the portfolio, created a touch-less entry sequence, implemented energy and health initiatives across the portfolio, and celebrated arts and culture on public display. She takes great joy in curating and launching design initiatives, such as a digital cinematic art display at 299 Park Avenue, a custom rotating oversized globe of interlinking maps on Sixth Avenue, and an interactive AR experience launching in Spring at 1345 AOA.

She has led with the primary goal of tenant retention and satisfaction, leasing, tenant retention, sustainability, commercial construction, and marketing to create a better workplace. Prior to joining Fisher Brothers, Crystal owned and operated a home renovation company. Inspired by her love of creating spaces that truly benefit the user, Crystal brought her hands-on construction and management experience to her oversight of Fisher Brothers New York City portfolio. Crystal built this path into real estate after a celebrated career in broadcast journalism. An Emmy Award winning reporter, with more than a decade onscreen on networks such as PBS, CCTV and Investigation Discovery, she retired from television to pursue her passion for her true love, home.

Also currently serving as the President of the Avenue of America’s Association, REBNY Tech and Sustainability Committees, BOMA, she serves as an active board member on the Fisher House Foundation. Crystal’s work always centers on an ethos of innovating within the communities and neighborhoods that surround her.
