Colin leads Prado Group’s asset management team and collaborates closely with Prado’s senior leadership team to develop and implement asset strategies that drive performance of Prado’s investments. He brings with him a wealth of experience in growing real estate portfolios, executing strategic business plans, and delivering exceptional investment performance.

Prior to joining Prado, Colin spent nearly a decade at Vanbarton Group, where he was effectively managed their West Coast division. His responsibilities included overseeing acquisition, asset management, and construction management for a significant office and multifamily portfolio spanning multiple cities. Notably, Colin played a central role in establishing and developing the Vanbarton Group’s West Coast office, significantly contributing to its expansion and prominence in the region.

Colin received a BS in Accounting from Binghamton University and MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
