Clint Mann is President of Urban Pace, which, under the Long & Foster Companies umbrella, provides marketing, sales, leasing and advisory services to real estate developers. Over his 15-year career, Clint has managed the sales and marketing of more than 120 communities in five states and the District of Columbia, encompassing a total sales value in excess of $4 billion.

From townhomes in downtown Leesburg, Virginia, to luxury waterfront condominiums in Ocean City, Maryland, Clint’s range of experience encompasses both affordable housing and the highest-end condominium community ever sold in Washington, D.C.

Clint is the Housing Committee Co-Chair for the District of Columbia Building Industry Association and is a member of the Board of Directors for the DC Building Industry’s Community Services Corporation (CSC) and is a member of the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors.

Clint holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from the George Washington University. He is the Vice President and Development Chair of the Sitar Arts Center, an arts education center serving over 800 students a year from low-income households in the Washington, DC area.

Clint is a longtime resident of Washington, DC and lives in the Bloomingdale neighborhood with his husband Andrew and their dog Daisy.
