Cindy joined TIAA in 2005 and is responsible for Nuveen Real Estate’s portfolio management of the Real Property Fund, Nuveen’s Real Estate 1031 Exchange Program and investments in the Pennsylvania Municipal Retirement System separate account. She has over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, primarily focused on U.S. equity investments on behalf of pension funds and Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to her current role, Cindy held various roles at Nuveen Real Estate including portfolio management, asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, and financings across the country. Cindy started her career in appraisal and previously held acquisitions and asset management positions with AEW Capital Management and PGIM.

Cindy holds a B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
