Christy Metz is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for TheGuarantors. Her team specializes in strategies which harmonize people, processes, and technology to open new partnerships and provide a seamless experience for TG’s existing enterprise partners. She began her career in multifamily 20 years ago as an operator where she witnessed quality renters struggle to meet residency requirements. She has also served as a multifamily marketing director where she saw bad debt’s inverse relationship with NOI and asset values. She’s thrilled to be making a difference for both renters and owners/operators with TheGuarantors. In her downtime, Christy and her husband of 23 years can be found chasing live music and sunsets around Florida’s Gulf Coast and enjoying time with their granddaughter.
