Christy Hockmeyer joined the Atlanta National Commercial Services unit in 2003 and is responsible for identifying clients with national-based transaction closing needs and acting as point person for all client relationship matters. Her transaction experience encompasses over tens of billions of asset value encompassing all main product types: office, industrial, multi-family, retail, hotel, and specialty asset classes such as power plants, health care, timber, and manufacturing facilities.
Christy manages many high-profile national client accounts for the Atlanta NCS including, but not limited to, REITs, law firms and corporations in complex multi-state, multi-site commercial real estate transactions. Christy and her team had transactions totaling $18B in 2013 alone. Having worked previously for Wells Real Estate Funds as part of a three-person acquisitions team that closed $1.2B in equity transactions office product, Christy approaches every transaction knowing how things look for the customer’s viewpoint. - $3.10 billion, 5500-site land and improved commercial asset portfolio

Christy has been a recipient of Fidelity’s Million Dollar Club award every year since 2004. In 2002, Christy co-founded AYREP, the Association of Young Real Estate Professionals. AYREP brings together young real estate professionals across product types as the preeminent organizational affiliation for young real estate professionals for over a decade. Chris is also involved in many industry organizations including NAIOP, ULI, REGA, REIAC, NMHC, AMFN, and ICSC.
Christy lives on Delta and enjoys all standard indulgences. Her curiosity (and love of multi-tasking) keeps her engaged in an ever-changing range of hobbies from replicating memorable meals from her travels to propagating rare species of hydrangeas to renovating apartment complexes.
