As Partner and Executive Vice President at Aberg Property Company, Christopher Ray brings two decades of experience in multifamily development, construction management, and real estate investment throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth region and across the United States. He leads all aspects of Aberg’s development platform, including site acquisition, entitlements, design coordination, and construction oversight, ensuring the firm’s continued delivery of high-quality, community-driven residential assets.

Prior to joining Aberg, Ray held senior leadership positions with Silver Oak Multifamily Capital, GMB Construction, and Winston Capital Corporation, directing large-scale multifamily and mixed-use developments valued at nearly one billion dollars. His expertise spans the full development lifecycle, from concept and capital structuring to execution and asset management.

Ray holds a degree in Real Estate Finance from Southern Methodist University (SMU). He resides in the Dallas area with his wife and two children, where he enjoys spending time with family and contributing to the growth of the community he calls home.
