Christina Webb is Vice President of Development for Altman Development Corporation. Ms. Webb is responsible for development of all new construction throughout Florida. Specifically, she is responsible for acquisition, financial underwriting, entitlements, product design, and pre-construction management.
Prior to joining Altman, Ms. Webb has developed over 4,000 units throughout Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, totaling over $700 million in development. Projects under her leadership include luxury garden product, midrise and high-rise apartments, and Mixed-Use communities. In addition to developing projects that are both award-winning in design and financially successful, Ms. Webb has been a strong advocate of sustainable design and construction. Several of her projects have received the National Green Building Standard Certification and one has the honor of being the first LEED certified apartment community in Central Florida.
Ms. Webb’s previous roles include Apartment Development with both Wood Partners and Colonial Properties Trust. She has also been instrumental in community efforts to create sustainability programs for existing buildings through her work with Energy Star Portfolio Manager, Energy Efficiency Community Block Grants, and Property Assessed Clean Energy Financing (PACE).
Ms. Webb has been named the 2011 USGBC Community Leader of the Year, BOMA 2010 Professional of the Year, and 2007 Top Women in Commercial Real Estate. She is an active member of the US Green Building Council (USGBC), including serving as President of the Central Florida Chapter, the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW). Ms. Webb received her undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Policy with an emphasis on Green Building.
