Over the past 15 years, Christie developed the ELAN methodologies for delivering stress tested, curated investments under agile, data-driven asset management services. Today, in her role as COO, she oversees ELAN’s asset management services—which begin at deal sourcing and are integrated in the acquisition systems to deliver preeminent investments to our clients. She has participated in the acquisition and syndication of over $1B dollars of multifamily assets Western US. Additionally, she has transacted over $600m dollars in loans with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, commercial banks, and private lenders. Prior to working with ELAN, Christie crafted technical software solutions for large government agencies including NASA and the Department of Transportation. This experience polished to Christie’s talents for measuring efficiency and quality of outcomes for ELAN’s delivery of flexible, results-driven solutions.
