Chris assists in all aspects of the real estate investment process including acquisitions, financings, asset management and development. His primary responsibilities include financial analysis, preparation of investment summaries and requests for proposals, deal structuring, contributing to design and planning, maintaining internal databases and performing various due diligence functions. During his tenure at Taconic he has worked on several projects including Essex Crossing, 311 West 42nd Street, 817 Broadway, Quality Communities and Inwood/207th Street.
Prior to joining Taconic in 2017, Chris served as an Analyst at the Ackman-Ziff Real Estate Group. Chris earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in real estate development from NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate.
