Ms. Unger supports Belveron’s investment strategies by sourcing, analyzing, and executing on new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Belveron Partners, Ms. Unger served as the Director of Acquisitions at Jonathan Rose Companies overseeing the deployment of their preservation impact funds. Her prior experience also includes the New York State Housing Finance Agency where she underwrote preservation and new construction affordable housing transactions using 4% Low Income Housing Tax Credits and tax-exempt bond financing throughout the state.

Chloe holds a BS in Environmental Studies from the University of Southern California and a Master of City and Regional Planning from The Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University.
