Charlie began his real estate career in 2002 and has successfully executed numerous real estate investment and development projects. His experience spans the development cycle from land acquisition, design, and construction to lease-up, financing, and disposition. Prior to HUP, Charlie founded Waterman & Company in 2007, a real estate investment and development company focused on mixed-use development in Seattle. Between 2002 and 2007, Charlie acted as Vice President for Waterman Limited, a Seattle based real estate investment company where he pursued real estate investment and development opportunities. Charlie has an MBA from University of Washington’s Foster Business School and a BA from Hamilton College.
