Charles Jones is currently Senior Vice President for M&T Realty Capital Corporation (M&T RCC) specializing in the financing of commercial real estate properties across the country. Jones is also responsible for deal management of the Marcus & Millichap and M&T RCC strategic alliance in the Western Region. Prior to joining M&T RCC in November 2020 Charles held similar positions at Hunt Real Estate Capital, now Lument, and Sabal Capital Partners beginning in 2016.

Charles Jones honed his multifamily real estate financing skills at Fannie Mae from 2005 to 2014, where he cultivated relationships and tailored financing solutions for some of the largest publicly traded and privately held multifamily real estate companies in the country. Jones’ 26-year commercial real estate career includes prominent positions with a real estate development company, JP Morgan and other regional banks.

His experience not only includes commercial mortgage banking but also, construction lending, real estate development, corporate real estate account management, equity raising and real estate investment advisory. This depth of experience has allowed him to provide insightful real estate solutions to his clients and be invited as a guest speaker at various conferences across the country.

Jones earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University in 1994 as well as an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2001.
