In his role as CEO, Chad leads the team in acquiring, funding, and managing their real estate investment projects. His conservative approach and analytical skills enable him to clearly assess risk and invest wisely to maximize client returns while preserving their principal investment.

Chad has built a strong network of real estate professionals and a trusted advisory panel. He has invested in over 1200 apartment units across the US, while owning/operating over 400 units and counting.

After a very successful 17-year career in electronic payments building a residual revenue portfolio, Chad transitioned to real estate in 2020, driven by a desire to positively impact communities, improve investor financial health, and build a great company.

Chad is recognized for his expertise, often speaking at real estate events and interviewed on many national podcasts. His decision-making is shaped by a private advisory panel, ensuring informed and strategic business growth.

Chad resides in Fishers, IN with his wife Cynthia, daughter Mila, and son Truz. He enjoys many outdoor watersports, snowboarding, traveling and hiking.
