Chad Musgrove is a vice president at Lument and is based in the Miami office, where he oversees structured financing of conventional agency and small balance production. Chad joined Lument’s predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital at the firm’s New York headquarters in 2011 and relocated to Miami to expand Hunt’s commercial lending footprint in Florida and the southeast. He has structured more than $1 billion in loans for the New York and Miami teams.

Prior to joining Hunt, Chad was an associate consultant for Auriemma Consulting Group. Before that, he was a research associate for Coleman Research Group.

Chad volunteers for various nonprofit organizations and serves on the boards of Rebuilding Together Miami-Dade and the Real Estate Lenders Association Miami. He holds a B.A. in economics from Columbia University.
