Cha Lee is a highly experienced real estate development professional, with nearly 20 years of experience in the industry. She joined Slate Property Group in September 2022 as Senior Vice President of Real Estate Development and previously was Capital Officer of Community Finance at Capital One in New York City, where she financed debt and equity investments in affordable and supportive housing development. At Slate, she’s taken the lead on all aspects of development for new construction projects, with a focus on affordable, multifamily housing. Lee has also held positions as Assistant Vice President of Affordable Housing at Mountco Construction & Development and Deputy Director of Special Needs Housing for the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development. She holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Master of Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
