Case Killgore is President of Development for StreetLights Residential and a member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for overseeing the company’s development efforts across the country, including feasibility and site selection. Prior to this role, Case served as Senior Vice President of Development for StreetLights, overseeing all regional development efforts and served as Vice President of Portfolio Management after establishing and operating the portfolio management platform. Case has extensive development and investing experience across multiple real estate types including multifamily, hospitality, timeshare and luxury single-family residential.

Prior to joining StreetLights, Case served as Vice President at Lantern Capital Partners, where he was responsible for identifying, evaluating and managing principal investment opportunities and served as a board observer for multiple portfolio companies. Previously Case worked as an investment banker at Houlihan Lokey’s Dallas office, where he focused on debt restructurings and distressed mergers and acquisitions.

Case received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with a Specialization in Alternative Asset Management from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business.
