Mr. Falconer is the Head of Hines U.S. Direct Investments (HUSDI). Cameron is responsible for managing the HUSDI private placement platform which includes strategy, asset selection, distribution, and execution responsibility to investors. Previously, Cameron served as Deputy Head/Chief Operating Officer of Hines Global Capital Markets and in that role was responsible for coordinating capital raises for flagship discretionary funds, strategic separate accounts, and private placements, as well as orchestrating and supporting coverage of Hines investors globally. Cameron joined Hines in 1997 and in his first 20 years with the firm contributed to the development, acquisition, financing, marketing, and disposition of more than 15 million square feet of commercial real estate. Before joining Hines, Cameron acquired diverse experience in design, feasibility analysis, project management and development with a major Canadian pipeline company.

Cameron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science, Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Masters of Business Administration from Stanford University.
