Calvin Knox

Calvin Knox is a Vice President within the Principal Finance group at Macquarie. His team is tasked with investing the bank’s balance sheet capital into real estate opportunities with a flexible investment mandate across both credit (senior and subordinate) and equity and all major property types. Calvin is responsible for leading all phases of a transaction life cycle from initial sourcing through execution and portfolio management. Since joining Macquarie in 2020, Calvin has spent time in both its Chicago and New York offices.

Prior to Macquarie, Calvin spent three years in an acquisitions role at Green Courte Partners, a Chicago-based sponsor of private equity funds. His team targeted investments in niche asset classes including senior housing, near-airport parking, and manufactured housing. Calvin earned dual BBA degrees in Real Estate and Finance, Investment, and Banking from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
