Cadi Withers is Director of real estate at Xandr, Inc., an advertising technology firm headquartered in Manhattan. She is involved in all aspects of Xandr real estate including design and construction, space planning, office operations, cleaning and maintenance, and security.

Cadi joined AppNexus in 2011 and helped the real estate department scale with the company as it grew from a small NYC start-up to a global firm with more than 1,000 impact players. She remained at AppNexus through its transformation to Xandr when AppNexus was acquired by AT&T in 2018 and is now guiding the team through its integration with Microsoft.
