Brynn Wendel is a Director on CBRE Investment Management’s Americas Direct Transactions Team, focusing on residential investments. Brynn is responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing east coast apartment investments as well as student housing investments nationally.

Brynn began her career in the real estate industry in 2016. Prior to joining CBRE Investment Management in 2022, Brynn was an Acquisitions Officer for Fairfield Residential. Prior to that, she was a Senior Production Analyst in the Debt and Structured Finance Group for CBRE’s Mid-Atlantic Region.

Brynn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a Minor in Anthropology from Bates College. She is a member of the National Multi- Housing Council and Commercial Real Estate Women’s Network (CREW).
