Bryn Merrey is senior vice president and division manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Washington, D.C. office and has oversight of the firm’s Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regional operations. Prior to arriving in Washington, D.C. in June 2016 to expand the firm’s presence in the district, Maryland and Virginia, he managed the firm’s Tampa office. During Mr. Merrey’s tenure as regional manager in Tampa, the office was ranked No. 1 firmwide in year-over-year growth, achieved significant market share gains and increased closings by a factor of more than 3.5 times in three years. In 2010, he was named regional manager of the year. Before managing the Tampa office, Mr. Merrey managed the firm’s Orlando office, served as sales manager of the Miami office and was an agent in the Ft. Lauderdale office, where he focused on multi-tenant shopping centers.
