Managing Director of Broadshore responsible for leading the firm’s multifamily investment activities. Responsibilities include developing and implementing multifamily investment strategies, property acquisitions and leading the firm’s acquisition team nationally, and coordinating with the multifamily operating team to ensure execution of property operating strategies. Prior to joining Broadshore, Mr. Meyer had a 25-year career with Essex property Trust where he was responsible for acquiring over 15,000 apartment units and acquired and/or disposed of over $2 billion of multifamily properties. Prior to Essex, Mr. Meyer worked as a real estate broker focused on multifamily properties with Marcus and Millichap and Grubb and Ellis. Mr. Meyer is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
