Bruce Bentley III is the Regional Manager of Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and San Antonio offices. He joined the firm in 2012 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate in 2016 before becoming the Sales Manager for the Dallas and Austin offices in 2018.

Bruce was appointed to Associate Regional Manager of the Dallas office in 2020 before becoming the Regional Manager of the firm’s Austin and San Antonio offices later that year. He is well versed in the intricacies of the tax code, land use planning, environmental regulation, 1031 exchanges, and the art of contract negotiation.

Bruce graduated from Sewanee: The University of the South and later earned his juris doctorate at the University of Richmond School of Law.
