Brooks is founder and Chief Executive Officer of 2B Living, an innovative, tenant-focused property management company. Bringing a value-added approach to a tired business, 2B Living delivers financial success to property owners and an unparalleled level of service to tenants. 2B Living currently manages over 330 properties and over 4,000 units across the San Francisco Bay Area. 2BL has earned several prestigious awards including San Francisco Apartment Association’s Property Manager of the Year, National Apartment Association’s Top Employers Award, 5 consecutive years San Francisco Business Times Fast 100 fastest growing private companies, and Zenefits/Trinet’s CEO of the Year.

Brooks is passionate about property management and relentlessly dedicated to 2BL’s property owners, tenants, vendors and employees. He lives and breathes 2B Living but is also a family man who loves his wife, three sons and dog – so long as they pay rent on time. Brooks holds a BA in International Relations and History from the University of Pennsylvania, earned a certificate in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU and is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Residential Manager in California.
