Brianne Kelsey

With over 20 years of experience in real estate development and asset management, Brianne provides leadership for the overall performance and management of the development process for over 4,000 multi-family residential projects. As the residential multi-family team leader, her scope and focus cover all aspects of the development process, from feasibility and acquisition to consultancy, research, planning, and implementation.

With an entire career focused on shaping the built environment, Brianne was excited to join Tarragon in 2020 and work collaboratively on quality projects alongside a talented team. She has a proven track record of success in hospitality, commercial, restaurant, retail, residential, and land markets and experience in all aspects of development, from land acquisition and due diligence, planning, and design, pre-sales, construction, and turnover.

Brianne previously held senior-level positions with Lowe, Sterling Bay, Talisker, and Terroir. She started her development career as a Director of Development in resort, master-planned communities, residential, hotel, and mixed-use developments in California, Nevada, and Arizona with Intrawest.

Brianne is an active member of CREW, NAIOP WA, and Vistage. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Landscape Architecture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, California, and a Master’s in Business Administration with a Concentration in Real Estate from Daniels College of Business, University of Denver, Colorado. In her free time, Brianne is an avid snowboarder and cyclist and enjoys traveling with her family.
