Brian Pianca serves as Principal for TCC’s Northern California office. Brian focuses on multifamily and mixed-use opportunities across Northern California for High Street Residential, the firm’s residential subsidiary. In his role, Brian is responsible for identifying new development and investment opportunities, debt and equity partnerships, entitlements, design, construction and leasing. Prior to joining TCC, Brian worked as a Managing Director for Wood Partners where he was responsible for the origination, financing, entitlement, execution and management of $1.2 billion worth of development across 2,500 residential units and 70,000 square feet of retail space in Northern and Southern California. Before joining Wood Partners, Pianca worked as a Development Associate at Trammell Crow Residential and, prior to that, he was employed by Richmond American Homes as a Land Acquisition Manager.
