Brian LeBlanc joined Roers Companies in 2021 to pursue institutional-quality residential development projects in dynamic, high-growth markets in the Southeastern United States. Brian previously worked in New York City with 15 years of experience in real estate private equity, development, and investment banking. Most recently, he spent eight years running day-to-day operations at a $500mm AUM real estate family office. Prior to this, he spent time at Westbrook Partners, AllianceBernstein Real Estate, and Morgan Stanley Real Estate. Brian has worked on residential development in many capacities with experience in sourcing, acquisition, entitlement, design, and investment in projects across the product-type spectrum. Brian holds a bachelor’s in Finance and International Business with a Real Estate Concentration from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.
