Brendan leads our acquisitions team, playing a pivotal role in evaluating potential acquisition opportunities, cultivating relationships with brokers, and ensuring the accuracy of market data and the integrity of our underwriting platform and strategy. Prior to joining TMR, Brendan spent over eight years in commercial real estate brokerage, completing more than 100 transactions across the Pacific Northwest. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Outside of work, Brendan enjoys traveling, skiing, participating in various sports, and spending time with family and friends.
