Brad Reisinger
Division President – West Coast
Quarterra

As Division President of the Pacific Northwest for Quarterra, Brad oversees all facets of operating a successful multifamily development and investment organization. Brad joined LMC in 2013 and has since built a development pipeline consisting of over 3,500 new apartment homes across twelve communities in the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas.

In addition to LMC, Brad has developed multifamily communities for Alliance Residential and Goodman Real Estate in the PNW. Outside of the PNW, he has structured institutional investment in the private rented sector in London and structured public private partnerships to redevelop military housing at installations across the United States.

Brad earned his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He earned his BS from the United States Military Academy where he majored in Economics. Brad served as an Army Ranger for five years after West Point.

Brad is an active participant in the Downtown Seattle Association, NAIOP and the Urban Land Institute. Brad and his wife Minou are active with Mary’s Place which empowers homeless women, children, and families to reclaim their lives.
