Hunter Housing Economics

Brad Hunter is the president of Hunter Housing Economics, based in West Palm Beach, and he has 35 years’ experience tracking and forecasting Florida’s residential markets. He has conducted or directed hundreds of market studies on all types of residential projects, most of them in Florida. He is a native of Florida, and has spent most of his career tracking housing and providing top-quality market studies on sites throughout the state. Past positions have included Chief Economist and National Director of Consulting for Metrostudy, Managing Director at RCLCO, as well as Chief Economist for Goodkin Research, in Lauderdale by the Sea. Brad’s clients from the last cycle remember his quantitative methods for determining residential market risk that allowed him to warn clients (developers and their capital partners) well ahead of the downturn, and to advise institutional investor clients to buy assets at the bottom, starting in 2009-2011.
