Bonnie Smetzer is an Executive Vice President with Asset Living and oversees multifamily operations in Florida. Bonnie was a founding Partner of JMG Realty, Inc., until it sold to Asset Living.

Bonnie is a Past President of the Florida Apartment Association and serves on the National Apartment Association Board of Directors. Bonnie’s numerous awards includethe Hall of Fame Award from the Florida Apartment Association, and Advocate of the Year Awards from both the National Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Greater Orlando.
