Bob Schmidt is the Co-Founder of TheGuarantors and comes with over 30 years of working in the Real Estate vertical. After spending the first 20 years in the advertising side of the business working with companies like Network Communications, Apartment Finder, and Home Choices he sought to find solutions to problems that were not being serviced within the multi-family space. This led Mr. Schmidt to work with leading developer/property owners TF Cornerstone and Rockrose Development. While working at these companies the idea of rent guarantees and security deposit replacement was developed. With a large network of top NMHC clients under his belt, Mr. Schmidt is well known and respected in the space. Mr. Schmidt earned his BS from Bryant University and holds a real estate license.
